Fall Cookie Dough Sales Started Today!

Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough sales started today! The sales run from now until Sept 24th, that's when all money and orders are due. The cookies should be available for pick-up with-in the 1st week of November... just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas (if you can actually wait that long to cook them!)

I'm not sure if the children were more excited to hear about the prizes they could win, getting to silly string their gym teacher Mr. Lee or their Principal Mrs. Shannon kissing "Lucky" the goat on the night of the fall festival! (Ask your child/children what that's all about ; )

More exciting news to follow in the next couple of days about additional prizes that the children can win that were not listed on the order forms, so bookmark us or Subscribe to our blog at the bottom of the page to stay informed!

Welcome to our PTO Blog!

Can you believe that summer vacation has ended and were starting our third week of the 2008-2009 school year already? This year the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) has already started planning some great activities for the whole family to get involved with. (There will be more details on these events posted soon, so check back to our Blog often!!!!)

I wanted to share with you what the PTO was really all about... do you know who the PTO are???

The PTO is made up all the parents/guardians of Pine Tree Hill Students.

It's truly that simple... I have to admit that's really not what I thought that the PTO was. In the past you had to pay a fee to become an active participant but that's no longer the case.

Our main goal for the PTO this year is to promote continuous and effective dialogue between parents/guardians, teachers, and administrators. Hopefully this Blog will help with the constant flow of need to know information for everyone, so please bookmark us and feel free to comment or send any of us an e-mail if you have any questions.
