The Wii Raffle

--- Raffle runs from now until Dec17th and Winner will be chosen Dec18th

--- Tickets are $1.00 each (no limit to the amount purchased)

--- Tickets are only to be purchased in the name of Pine Tree Hill Students

--- Each PTH student be sent home with a form to fill out requesting raffle tickets today; Please fill in the Students name - teacher's name - grade and the amount tickets you would like to purchase - send form back to school along with the money and the tickets purchased will be sent back home with the student with in the week

--- PTO members are also selling tickets

Win a Wii!!!

Thank you, the Cookie Dough Fundraiser was a Huge Success!!!

Hello and a great big thank you to everyone that made the Cookie Dough Fundraiser such a huge success!!! We couldn't have done it without the support of all PTH families and teachers! The last prize was awarded to the children that sold more than $300.00 worth of cookie dough today and they got to ride to lunch in a Limo!!! The children had a blast. It was also great that some parents were able to come out to take pictures.

Tonight at Sonic

At Sonic tonight the First Grade teachers will be Car Hopping for Tips to help raise money for First Grade Activities from 5 - 7pm.

All students will receive a special treat!

Don't have time to eat???? Buy a $5.00 Gift Card!!! For every $5.00 gift card the teachers sell, the teachers get to keep that $5.00! So buy a couple and use them for Holiday Gifts!

Fall Festival Postponed

Pine Tree Hill Parents:

Due to the weather on Fri & Sat, the Fall Carnival will be postponed. As many of you know when it rains water collects on the school grounds and takes some time to go away.

We are going to reschedule the Fall Carnival and replace it with a Spring Fling.

The PTO would like to thank everyone who agreed to donate their time, talent, and any food items for the carnival.

Please plan ahead for the Spring Fling as we will need much help and volunteers.

As always you are great parents and thank you for helping.

Pine Tree Hill Fall Carnival

The Fall Carnival will be Saturday October 25, 2008 from 1-4pm.

We can use any help at all!

1.We need 9 or 10 easy pop up tents to be used for game booths.

2.We need brownies and cupcakes as well as any cakes or pies anyone would like to donate for the bake sale and cupcake walk. All brownies and cupcakes will need to be wrapped individually.

3. We need volunteers to help with the following booths:

--Thunderbash blowups (this will require someone who is familiar with kids and provide help with misbehavior). The children get very excited on these blowups and we will need individuals who can make sure everyone is being safe and responsible.

--Concession Stand (serving hot dogs, nachos, etc.)

--Hayride (We will only need help with the loading and unloading of the riders)Karoke Booth

--Cupcake WalkBake Sale (We will need someone willing to sit at a table and sell the bake goods)Keep in mind that if we have enough volunteers you will not need to be at your station the entire Carnival.

The more volunteers the better it will be for everyone so they can enjoy the Carnival with their kids.

If there are any other services that you can offer to enhance the Carnival, please feel free to let us know. We don't know the talents many of you have unless you tell us. We appreciate any help we can get. Thanks.
